Shipping policy

  • Order cutoff time: 12:00 PM ET. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day. 
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Transit time: 4–6 business days (Monday through Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 5–9 business days
  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on all US orders.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. We will then begin preparing your order for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, a second confirmation email will be sent with your tracking information.


Potential delays

If the maximum delivery time has passed and your order has not yet arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days and make sure to check your tracking number. If your package has still not arrived, please contact us at info@millerhampton.com with your order number.


Order cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@millerhampton.com before the order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.


Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@millerhampton.com and include clear photos of the issue. After review, we will send you the correct item or an equivalent replacement at no additional cost.
