Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Miller Hampton Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Captivo Commerce LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operator of millerhampton.com ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs in monthly entry periods. Each calendar month is a separate entry period, starting at 12:00 AM ET on the first day of the month and ending at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month.

4. How to Enter

Online: subscribe to the Miller Hampton email list using the sign-up form on millerhampton.com. Active subscribers are automatically entered in each monthly drawing while subscribed.

Alternative method of entry: send an email to info@millerhampton.com with the subject line "Monthly Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and email address. Alternative entries receive the same chance of winning as online entries.

Limit one entry per person per monthly entry period. Entries that are incomplete, automated or submitted in violation of these rules are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner per monthly entry period will receive one (1) Miller Hampton digital gift card with a value of $400 USD, redeemable on millerhampton.com. The gift card is not redeemable for cash and is not transferable. No substitution, except by Sponsor in case of unavailability, with a prize of equal or greater value. Total prize value per year will not exceed $4,800 USD.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the end of each monthly entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or technical failures. Sponsor may cancel or modify the Giveaway if it cannot be run as planned, with notice posted on this page.

8. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and to send Miller Hampton emails, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Winners List

For the name of a monthly winner, email info@millerhampton.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner" within 60 days after the relevant entry period ends.

10. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
